About Scripture Companion

1. Triage. A light model reads your question, finds the passages (it knows “the prodigal son” is Luke 15:11–32), notices if you are hurting, and chooses which of 19 study methods from Osborne’s Hermeneutical Spiral apply.
2. Gather. Without any AI, it pulls evidence from a Scripture graph: the passage and its surroundings, ranked cross-references, and the Hebrew or Greek words.
3. Study. The main model (Qwen) works from that evidence, looks up more if it needs to, and can hand a heavy task to a specialist.
4. Check. Every reference in the answer is checked against the Bible text before you see the list.

Scripture is quoted from the database, never from the model’s memory. No claim about Hebrew or Greek is made without the tagged text behind it. Cross-references are named by source and treated as leads to test, not proof. Where Christians disagree, the main views are stated fairly and marked as disputed.

It is a study companion, not an authority. Weigh what it says against Scripture itself.

There are no accounts. We keep your first name, surname initial, church role, age range and your studies. Studies are public (read-only) unless you keep them private. Conversations about grief, abuse or a crisis are made private automatically, and studies by readers under 18 are never shown to others.
